I just finished “Verity”, my first taste of your writing, and I LOVED it. It kept me up method to late on work nights and had me itching to learn it throughout breaks at work. Your writing is inspired and detailed, I watched the entire thing play out in my head as I learn. Thank you, and if you come back to Texas I know quiet a number of of us small metropolis folks that might love a signing. I simply finished “VERITY” and i’m in shock.

The writing was out of this world and the story messed with my mind. I’m not sure if I liked it, hated it, appreciated the characters or hated them. It’s a narrative that’s not at all times likable, but dang it was good. That ending messed with my thoughts so dangerous, I don’t even know how to really feel.

I haven’t necessarily been persuaded to seek out her romance novels, but when she does choose to write another thriller it’ll be difficult for me to keep my hands off of it. I was more unsettled by the graphic nature of the violence in Verity’s manuscript than the varied twists and turns that Hoover clearly hopes will keep her readers on their toes. If you get pleasure from thrillers or suspense novels, this e-book is absolutely excellent for you.
